How do I check if a product is in stock, or if it is available?
If the desired size or product variant is displayed on our website and displays the status “In stock”, then the product is available and can be ordered. If a product has the status “Available for pre-order”, without the status “In stock”, then the product is available for pre-order. If the delivery time is not explicitly mentioned on the product, please send us an email at info@gb.ro and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
Can I order out of stock?
If the products are in stock, they can be ordered without exception. If a product is currently out of stock, the delivery period may take longer depending on its availability in the partners' stock and out of stock products will have the status of "Pre-order". In any case, for exceptional cases of delivery time, we will contact you after placing the order to send you the delivery time.
How can I pay?
Payment on our website is only made through secure online payment with your card. Follow the steps in Checkout and it will be very easy for you to choose your preferred payment method.
How long can you deliver an order?
For in-stock products, all orders received by 2:00 PM are prepared and handed over to the courier on the same day. The courier's delivery time depends on the destination address and can vary between 24 and 72 business hours for orders from Bucharest or nearby, and for deliveries within the country, the estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days.
How can I return a product?
If after delivery you realize that the product has damage or technical faults, you can contact us by phone or email to request a return. Or, if you have simply changed your mind, remember that you have the legal right to return the product to us within 14 days, although we are convinced that this will not be the case.
