The availability of products in the store is updated in real time. When stocks of certain products are exhausted, we order new items of the same model in the same week, if this is possible, keeping the product available for pre-order. The availability of a product for pre-order depends very much on the stock from the manufacturer. Products on gb.ro are purchased directly from the manufacturer and their stock on a particular product may be limited, at which point the waiting time for restocking may be longer. If the products are in stock, they can be ordered without exception. If a product is currently out of stock, the delivery period may take longer depending on the availability of the partners' stock and the out of stock products will have the status of "Pre-order". For products in stock, all orders received by 2:00 PM are prepared and handed over to the courier on the same day. The courier's delivery time depends on the destination address and can vary between 24 and 72 business hours for orders from Bucharest or nearby, and for deliveries within the country, the estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days.

If after delivery you realize that the product has damage or technical defects, you can contact us by phone or email to request a return or to us.
